Owner and lead attorney of
Kevin D. Slattery, P.A.
Immigration law firm located in Tampa, FL. The firm offers assistance in naturalization, family-based and employment-based immigration matters as well as in deportation defense. As part of his deportation defense practice, Mr. Slattery consults often with criminal defense attorneys who represent non-U.S. Citizens in criminal defense cases, but who themselves have no knowledge of immigration law or the potential negative immigration consequences for their criminal defense clients.
